Registration includes lunch for each day that you sign up, Door prize tickets for a chance at the many great things donated by our venders, Goodie bags for each rug hooker and priority shopping for the first hour of the show. The Hookin’ will open at 9 am but we will not be open to the public until 10 am. We will open to the public at 10 am each day for shopping and viewing the rug show for a fee both days. The fee is for walk ins and the public, not registered attendees.

You can come for one day or two, but remember different things are planned for both days and plus you save on registration by signing up for both fun filled days! The schedule will be posted and updated shortly.
We will have 16 vendors for your shopping pleasure.

Please sign up only one person at a time. 
There is a lot more paper work for this year and this lets us have a printed receipt for each of you with all your info.

We will have a full refund for any cancelations before Feb 12th.

When you checkout you must choose yourlunches options.

Remember to pick one for each day that you sign up.

The Daily Schedule for the
2014 Florida Harbor Hookin

It is hard to believe after a year of hard work and all the changes we have made to our Florida Hookin’ that we are just two weeks out! We are over whelmed with the responce of business wanting to vend and Rug Hookers wanting to attend. The classes are almost all filled, teachers are doing their kits, shops are dying their wool in big fluffy piles and bolts of wool are headed south shortly!

Any registered attendees may check in any time after 8:30 in the lobby of the civic Center.
 No one is allowed in the Ballroom until 9 am.
Check in:
We will have tables in the lobby with fellow Rug Hookers ready to get your envelope with all your info in it for you. They will contain wrist bands that MUST be on you before you enter the ballroom and they must be worn at all times, both days. They will also have your class schedule if you are signed up for any and your lunch tickets.
Rug Show Check in:
There will also be a tables for you to check in any rugs you have brought for the show. We will have tags there to fasten on the front of the rug with the rugs name, your name, teacher and designer if any. Everyone loves to see your pieces so PLEASE if you have room bring one or MORE!! We will also have a two part ticket that will have your info on the rug. One is on the back of the rug and one you keep. YOU MUST HAVE THIS TICKET TO PICK YOUR RUG BACK UP!
No ticket, no rug!! so please put in a safe place.
Hookin’ Hours:
The Hookin’ runs from 9am to 5 pm each day for registered attendees.
The public will be allowed in at 10 am each day for $7.00 per person. This does not include a seat in the Hooking area or lunch or access to any of the classes.
Class info:
Classes start at 9:30 each morning. Afternoon classes start times will be on your class info as they vary. The info and room location for your class if you are signed up for any will be in your envelopes.
Lunch service:
Lunch will be served from 11 am to 1:30 pm. You will just take your tickets to the concession stand in the lobby and they will have everything for you.
There is water service in the ballroom all day.
Rug show winners and contest fish winners will be announced Thursday afternoon and drawings for the silent auction will be done at that time also
Other info:
The rug show is located at the end of the Ballroom as you come in. The venders will be all around the room. But nothing is blocking our incredible view of the Harbor!
We will have a silent auction table for you to bid by ticket on any items you might want to take a chance on. These are all donated by the wonderful Venders attending the show. Please thank them for all they have given to us for this great cause. We will have a limited edition Fold flat frame with a Butcher block base as one of the items. This is  $250.00 value. You can purchase tickets and place them in the box of the item you are hoping to win. ALL proceeds go to the Wounded Warrior Fund threw Polly Minick.
